We are a dynamic and rapidly growing company specializing in billboards. As we continue to expand our presence across Scandinavia, we are now seeking a passionate and experienced Head of Denmark to lead and drive our sales efforts within Denmark.

Role Overview:
As the Head of Denmark, you will be responsible for developing and executing our sales strategy in Denmark. You will lead the sales team, manage key accounts, identify new business opportunities, and drive revenue growth. This role is critical for establishing and growing our market presence in Denmark, and you will be a key player in achieving our long-term growth objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy to drive growth in Denmark.
  • Lead, coach, and manage the Danish sales team, ensuring targets are met and exceeded.
  • Identify new business opportunities and expand the company’s presence in the market.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activity, and customer needs.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to align sales strategies with marketing efforts.
  • Prepare sales forecasts, budgets, and reports for the management team.
  • Represent the company at key industry events and in meetings with potential clients.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in a senior sales role, preferably within billboards.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a sales team.
  • Excellent knowledge of the Denmark market and a strong network of business contacts.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and execute successful sales strategies.
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
  • Fluent in both Danish and English (spoken and written).
